Customer Service Consultant(s) – multiple roles

Role Overview
As a Customer Services Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic and effective support. Your role will involve handling sensitive telephone conversations, and connecting clients with the appropriate resources or counselling services.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
We're Looking For …
- A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a call centre or similar environment.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate challenging conversations.
- A team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- An individual who aligns with our culture of curiosity, learning, and empathy.
