ACESGroup are seeking motivated customer service professionals to work in our Event Force division providing a high level of customer service to our clients and their patrons at WIN Stadium & Entertainment Centre.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with your team members to manage queues, provide directional information, assist customers, and provide an outstanding level of customer service.
Responsibilities and duties may include:
- Customer service and guidance information
- RSA monitoring and queue management
- Customer service and guidance information
- COVID Safe monitoring and check-in compliance
Essential Criteria:
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
- Customer service experience
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- The ability to follow specific procedures
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
