Venues NSW has the responsibility and privilege of managing several stadium and entertainment precincts across NSW, attracting more than five million customers through the gates each year. The Venues NSW network includes major sporting and cultural precincts in Sydney Olympic Park, Moore Park, Parramatta, Newcastle, and Wollongong.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will support our Event Day Customer Service Manager in the delivery of effective workforce planning for all events and functions to ensure superior Customer Service for patrons, members, and sporting partners. This role is based at Venues NSW head office at Moore Park.
