The Shellharbour Club are searching for part time Customer Service Hosts to deliver outstanding Customer Service, meet and greet guests, upsell membership, promote activities and be our first point of contact into the venue.
First impressions last forever and as the first point of contact for our 500,000+ visitors who walk through our doors each year, your ability to ‘surprise’ members and guests with your bright and bubbly Customer Service approach will set you apart from the rest.
What we are looking for to be successful in your new role:
- Current RSA qualification or willing to obtain.
- Current First Aid certificate or willing to obtain.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and enjoy working late nights, we trade to 4am and 6am.
- Ability to work split shifts.
- Enjoy working Saturday and public holidays and receive the higher weekend and public holiday penalty rates.
- Someone seeking 20+ hours
