Stevenson Logistics is an 80+ year old family owned and operated Fremantle Logistics business specialising as a one stop shop for Container Transport, Warehousing and Treatments.
Tasks & responsibilities
Working closely with customers as required to co-ordinate movement of their Cargo (Containers) their final destination
- Monitor the schedule at a client level and co-ordinate customer priorities
- Maintain relevant delivery and other information in our excellent in-house IT system
- Ensure all transactions are completed with accuracy
- Review Vessel schedules and client requests to ensure a timely delivery
- Booking and management of ancillary services required to complete the task
- Planning of transport services to relevant work teams
Experience
- Outgoing customer service champion with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and manage your own workflow with great organisational and prioritisation skills
- Capacity to work with Customers and office environment to manage multiple tasks and outcomes with a fun, flexible and 'can-do' attitude.
- Specific Transport or Logistics Experience is Not required - Extensive on the job training will be provided to the right applicant
