Responsibilities will include:
- Internal Sales Focus, Quoting & Follow-Up
- Effective servicing of existing and new customers
- Processing customer orders
- Processing deliveries
- Processing customer & vendor invoices
- Stock Transfers
- Assessing stock availability
- Customer service
- Filing
- Other general adhoc admin tasks
The successful applicant must possess:
- Clear and professional phone manner.
- Can do and will do attitude
- Highly organised, energetic and enthusiastic
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of client focus, meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role essential.
- SAP experience will be highly regarded.
Must be fully vaccinated as per the WA Government Mandate.
Appointment to this position is subject to a satisfactory National Police Record check.
