Extrastaff is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Officer to join a Manufacturing company located in Mile End South.
What you can expect from the role:
• Be the first point of contact for Customers collecting or placing orders.
• Create orders and delivery documents in the ERP SAP system.
• Liaise with freight carriers to ensure efficient delivery of products to our customers and to resolve delivery issues.
• Liaise with the production teams regarding stock availability and lead times.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Answer general product queries.
• Provide feedback to the team to help improve Customer Service culture, response time and tools to improve staff and customer experience.
• Support the Commercial Team as required.
Applicants must have experience in the following skills:
• Proven Customer Service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously.
• ERP/ CRM Systems knowledge advantageous but not essential (SAP & Salesforce preferred).
