About the Role
- Answer telephone enquiries from customers regarding product availability, quality, delivery and cost.
- Receive and prepare customer orders
- Prepare sales quotations for customers
- Assist in the administration of contracts / tenders.
- Provide customers with written and verbal product information details.
- Establish and maintain customer data files with accurate contract pricing and current information.
- Maintain the department filing system including follow up system and store and retrieve customer files as needed.
- Actively promoting the increase in customer standing orders and effectively maintaining the follow up and renewal of existing standing orders.
- Undertake a range of specific Customer Service, sales and marketing related queries and projects as they arise.
- Raise credits for customers.
