Customer Service Officer (X2)

A well-known Australian owned logistics company, located in the Eastern Suburbs, are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to join their fast paced and dynamic team. This company thrives on providing exceptional Customer Service and believe their people are one of their greatest assets.
 
The Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their clients receive end to end support and assistance. Reporting through to the Customer Service Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues raised
• Maintain close relationships with key departments across the business
• Focus towards delivering an excellent customer experience every time

In this role, you will be required to work on a flexible roster from 7.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
 
Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic and patient demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a high pressure environment
• Previous experience in an administrative or Customer Service role
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of internal and external customers
