The Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their clients receive end to end support and assistance. Reporting through to the Customer Service Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues raised
- Maintain close relationships with key departments across the business
- Focus towards delivering an excellent customer experience every time
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and an empathetic and patient demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a high pressure environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or Customer Service role
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of internal and external customers
