Randstad is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as casual Customer Service Officers in a unique role, splitting your time between Golden Grove Recreation and Arts Centre and Turramurra Recreation Centre. Situated in the heart of the City of Tea Tree Gully, these two premier venues are the go-to destinations for top-notch performances, functions, events, and sports activities. The Golden Grove Recreation and Arts Centre boasts a 3-court stadium, meeting room, kiosk, and theatre, while the Turramurra Recreation Centre features 2 courts, 2 studios, a fym, creche, meeting room and kiosk. With both facilities operating seven days a week and up to 16 hours a day, this is your chance to be part of a fast paced work environment where every day brings new opportunities and experiences.
The Role
Customer Service Officers are responsible for providing a high level of Customer Service to all patrons and create an enjoyable and safe environment.
- Ability to solve problems and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Ability to use computer software e.g. Point of sale systems and Windows/Applications
- Cash handling, including receiving and recording cash transactions
- Experience in front desk and administration
- Experience in general office procedures
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
CSOs will be required to possess the following certificates:
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
This customer-facing role requires weekend availability, as both centres operate 16 hours a day, seven days a week. Recent experience in customer-facing positions is essential. Join us in this fantastic opportunity at the heart of Adelaide's lively recreational scene!
