Position Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will be the key link between our valued customers and our fleet of drivers. With excellent communication skills and an eye for attention to detail you will be integral in ensuring client service levels and KPIs are met. You will be responsible for ensuring our fleet is allocated to work efficiently and monitoring work to ensure it is done in a safe manner.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Management and growth of our subcontractor fleet.
- Take Job bookings and attend to queries from clients and subcontractors.
- Make recommendations in relation to fleet management issues.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and the Metro Express team to ensure client service levels and KPIs are met.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Strong level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and work with the Metro Express team and external parties.
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a high performance team.
- Sound practical knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and TMS software.
- A preparedness to learn and adopt new work practices, systems and procedures.
- Self-motivated, highly efficient, proactive and professional with a respect for confidentiality.
- A sense of humour that adds a splash of positivity to the workplace!
