Hilton Plumbing is a busy family-owned trade business, servicing the Perth metro area. We are looking for our next  Customer service guru to join our team, full-time in our Bibra Lake office.

We are looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic administrator that is ready to show off top-notch Customer Service skills, to become an integral part of our award-winning Customer Service team.

While each day is different, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Booking jobs/liaising with customers
  • Replying to incoming electronic communication via email and software platforms. 
  • Aiding operations manager in Scheduling works

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

  • A smile from sun up to sun down
  • 2 + years of previous experience in a fast-paced professional office
  • A strong work ethic and positive "can do" attitude
  • Good time management skills
  • Takes pride in their appearance and work
  • Great upbeat Customer Service and communication skills
  • And above all, a strong desire to help businesses succeed

To be considered for this role the following are required:

  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Xero would be highly regarded but not essential - training will be provided
  • Experience in administration for domestic maintenance of any type would be highly regarded
  • Australian Residency

The Successful applicant will receive:

  • Excellent Salary + Super (pay based on experience)
  • Start/Finish Time 9am - 5:30pm
