Hilton Plumbing is a busy family-owned trade business, servicing the Perth metro area. We are looking for our next Customer service guru to join our team, full-time in our Bibra Lake office.
We are looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic administrator that is ready to show off top-notch Customer Service skills, to become an integral part of our award-winning Customer Service team.
While each day is different, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Booking jobs/liaising with customers
- Replying to incoming electronic communication via email and software platforms.
- Aiding operations manager in Scheduling works
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
- A smile from sun up to sun down
- 2 + years of previous experience in a fast-paced professional office
- A strong work ethic and positive "can do" attitude
- Good time management skills
- Takes pride in their appearance and work
- Great upbeat Customer Service and communication skills
- And above all, a strong desire to help businesses succeed
To be considered for this role the following are required:
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Xero would be highly regarded but not essential - training will be provided
- Experience in administration for domestic maintenance of any type would be highly regarded
- Australian Residency
The Successful applicant will receive:
- Excellent Salary + Super (pay based on experience)
- Start/Finish Time 9am - 5:30pm
