The Customer Service Specialist role based in Castle Hill, engages with customers to understand their needs, complete quotes and process orders through to delivery. Working closely with the Coordinators, Service Team, Sales team and other internal stakeholders you will have an interest in developing product and technical knowledge to enable rapid responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Skills and experience required:
- A strong technical aptitude and STEM background
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability
- Competency in using ERPs, SAP software and other applications
We also value:
- Previous experience working in a service environment
- Safety and Quality compliance, planning and process orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Resourcefulness, creativity and a continuous improvement mindset
