The Company
Join this leading Medical Insurance company, as a Customer Service Consultant to help manage the inbound calls from members. Being the first point of contact for the customers is a crucial role within the business and detailed training is provided to ensure you can be the best at what you do.
The Role
- Be the key person in connecting with members and handling calls through to resolution
- Manage the inbound call volume, keeping the member in mind at all times
- Processing members' insurance estimates and amendments
- Be actively engaged with members to provide them with accurate and timely information on products/services
- Have availability to work with a rotating roster between the hours 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday, but do standard 38 hour week
Your Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven experience in Customer centric roles with examples of where you've been able to provide exceptional Customer Service to resolution
- Worked with a product or service that has complexity or within a heavily regulated sector to ensure you have a high level of accuracy in all work
- Ability to work well with new system and apply this new knowledge to a role
- Proven reliability and team work focused
