Role Overview:
A Leading insurance company based in Sydney CBD is looking for a proactive and driven Policy Support Specialist to join there team.
Responsibilities:
- To provide support and guidance to customers through outbound communication channels (email/phone).
- Assist and resolve any queries from current and new policyholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Accurately record all enquiries within CRM Systems.
- Minimum 2 years' Customer Service experience.
- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
- Well-spoken with a good phone manner.
- Strong data entry and administration skills.
- Previous experience within financial sector desired.
- Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen.
