ABOUT THE ROLE:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service role within our Sydney Operations.
A typical day will be supporting our customer base, by answering phones and responding to emails. Utilizing our systems and executing processes within them.
The role will encompass multiple aspects of our Customer Service/Admin support functions. Including but not limited to -
- Customer support by phone and email
- Operational communication following up customer queries
- Data entry
- POD processing
Stillus Logistics are seeking a long term employee for this role.

ABOUT YOU:
This role works very closely with our Customer Service/Accounts Manager. You will be required to be punctual, enthusiastic with an anticipation to learn more.
The below experience will be an advantage but not limited to -
- Previous customer service experience (phone and email)
