We are seeking multiple Customer Solution Agents to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a rotating roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours of 6am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and rotational roster for Saturdays, 6 am to 12 pm (at Overtime rates).
This exciting opportunity will see you:
- Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
- Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
- Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient order-taking and distribution team
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
- Computer literate
- Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment.
