We're currently seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer Team Leader to join our Team. Do you possess demonstrated leadership and team management skills that drive team success? If you also have some technical knowledge, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role. You have the flexibility to work from our offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Dandenong.

Let’s talk about you 

  • Telco industry knowledge

  • Minimum three years of Team Leader/management experience

  • Excellent personal organisation and time management skills

  • Technical knowledge in Cisco routers, Fortinet Hardware Products, and VMWare SDWAN solutions

  • Understanding of layer 2 and Layer 3 networking and Service Delivery

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments

  • People management skills, including listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving

How will you support our “Why?”

As the Customer Solutions Engineer Team Leader, you'll showcase our values by achieving these activities and outcomes:

  • Supervise daily tasks: email inbox, contract triage, system dashboard, work allocation, escalations, and call queue management

  • Assist the Customer Solutions Delivery Manager with team KPIs

  • Lead, coach, and guide team performance

  • Motivate and provide coaching for superior customer service

  • Manage the team to ensure timely, high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction

  • Handle escalations for internal departments and Customer Solutions Engineers

  • Coordinate on-the-job training
