This is a Customer Success Associate role with one of the leading companies in AU right now -- Flagship -- with an amazing team. They are continuing to grow rapidly. This is the chance to join right as the takes off.

More About the Role at Flagship

We are looking to recruit an energetic, fast-learning and adaptable team player to join the Customer Success team to provide Flagship with operational and marketing support. It’s an exciting role that will see you working closely with our dynamic Head of Customer Success, [Deena Metz](https://www.linkedin.com/in/deenametz/) and there will be opportunities for professional growth within the company as Flagship expands. ### Your missions. - **Customer onboarding and support** - **Efficient onboarding**: coordinate the seamless onboarding process for new customers. - **Training and support**: be a trusted support to our customers and train them on the use of our platform. - **Troubleshooting**: act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, or escalating when necessary. - **Assist in forming and building relationships with customers and prospects.** - **Customer events:** organise and coordinate various customer events, often in collaboration with industry partners. - **Marketing activities**: manage and execute light touch marketing/social media initiatives including basic graphic design tasks (in Canva). - **Operational support across the business** - **Customer insights:** ensure key customer information is accurately captured and shared internally. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** work closely with Sales and Product to identify areas of opportunity to relay feedback and communicate new features.
