Our 24/7 centre is located in the heart of Parramatta CBD. At the Ventia Operations Centre, we work closely with a diverse range of customers who are active participants of several front-line public services and sectors. These are schools, defence and social infrastructure networks, social housing, and corporate real-estate.

A day in the life;
Provide high-quality customer service by telephone and email. Calls will range in complexity but predominantly be taking requests for maintenance work and following a process to create work order requests. You can expect to:

  • Respond to high volume inbound calls from members of the community
  • Providing a positive customer experience 
  • Matching customer needs to solutions
  • Manage the customer experience through dispatching work orders
  • Case management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high priority work order needing fast resolution
  • Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documents


What you bring to the role;
Previous customer service, trade coordinator or call centre experience in any industry (desirable)

  • Ability to listen and demonstrate empathy to customers
  • Have strong passion for customer experience
  • Must be tech savvy, have strong keyboard and systems skills
  • Resilience when dealing with challenging calls
  • You enjoy a fast paced, high-volume environment 
  • You can balance diversify with some repetitive tasks
  • You bring your best to work every day
