About the role:
At Estia Health we have an exciting 12-month contract (Maternity leave cover) for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a diverse, hands-on role that will see you drive digital engagement strategies that enhance brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic and build digital lead acquisition strategies for one of Australia’s leading, trusted residential aged care providers.
Some of what you’ll be doing:
- Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the organisation
- Develop and implement long and middle-term Estia Health social media and social marketing strategy
- Jointly lead the implementation of these capabilities with digital partners, such as digital media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimisation and data and analytics to support future business growth
- Working alongside other marketing team members and partners to establish a best-in-class approach to the use of marketing technology
- Manage and optimise website, social media and other channels for SEO as well as UX

The background that will make you a success in this role:
- A Digital Marketing professional with up to seven years’ experience in marketing roles
- Deep knowledge in web-design principles, long data analysis and trends
- Strong project management, problem solving and communication skills
- Experience with popular CMS platforms, ideally EPiServer/Optimizely
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
- Experience in positive agency engagement and management
