The Opportunity:

Do to an internal promotion, we seek an experienced Customer Support Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunities, ensuring the most suitable Komatsu product or service is tailored to their needs.

This is a vital role involving sales, Customer Support, relationship building and delivering value to customers' businesses.

We are looking for a candidate that can hit the ground running as this is a full autonomous role, remotely lead by our Customer Support Sales Manager based in Victoria.

Role Located: Hobart Branch

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience with the heavy vehicle and equipment parts (highly desirable)
  • Past experience in a similar Customer Support or Sales role
  • Demonstrated drive and persistence (A sales hunter mentality)
  • Applies professional and technical skills effectively
  • Maintains a customer-focused and proactive approach in identifying opportunities
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with internal and external parties
  • Shows resilience throughout the sales process
  • Manages and analyses pipelines efficiently using CRM's
  • Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tertiary training is highly regarded
