THE ROLE 
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader in our Call Centre on a permanent full-time contract, working across Monday to Friday. Our Call Centre is based in our Campbelltown Head Office.

The Customer Support Team Leader will motivate and lead a productive, energetic and customer focused team, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences with every interaction. Leading by example, the Team Leader will co-ordinate. supervise administrative and phone support services across the team.

The key focus areas of the role include:

  • Deliver customer solutions by promoting a culture where service is driven by delivering exceptional customer experiences, effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders and provide support to the team in responding to escalated issues.
  • Ensure team productivity targets are met by monitoring team inputs and outputs, communicating any highlights or issues and look for opportunities to drive efficiency.
  • Continuously review and improve team processes. Provide support to the Call Centre leadership team to develop and execute plans to address opportunity areas. 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment and in similar leadership positions
  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating a team 
  • Passionate, organised and innovative leadership style
  • Eagerness to grow, learn and develop our team members (and ourselves!)
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
