AddressDo you have experience in Qualtrics, survey design, data analysis, PowerBI, and are great with Data Systems and stakeholder engagement?
This role is central to our clients global VoC programs and impacts customer experience at all levels. It helps make the business more customer-focused by bringing the customer's perspective into every decision.
Here's what you'd be doing:
- Managing VoC programs in Qualtrics (updating surveys, automating processes, integrating with Salesforce, using PowerBI)
- Engaging with stakeholders globally (meeting with them, managing expectations, offering advice)
- Analysing VoC data (gathering customer insights, connecting metrics with business goals, using data to help make decisions)
Who are you:
- Experienced in using Qualtrics or similar platforms to manage a VoC program
- Skilled in survey design, data analysis, and reporting
- Conduct monthly catch ups with stakeholders to update on projects
- Work closely with program Sponsors
- Comfortable navigating complex data systems for survey automations
- Have knowledgeable about change management
- Even with all the automation can you occasionally do manually updates
- Are you able to build PowerBI reports
- Can you Maintain, Optimize and grow customer insights
