About the role
We are offering one 12-month fixed contract position of Customer Triage Officer in the team at our Perth Family Relationship Centre office. The position involves providing information and referrals for clients, and supporting the clinical team by scheduling appointments, taking calls and offering referrals to appropriate services.
The current vacancy is 4 days per week.
Skills, experience, and qualifications
This position requires a person who has ADVANCED administration experience. It is essential that the successful applicant has the following skills:
- A high degree of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a clinical environment
- Ability to provide accurate information to clients
- Ability to handle high level call volumes
- Multi-tasking – dealing with face to face clients, calls and data entry simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team
- Working with spreadsheets, Outlook and Word
- Data base management
- Time management
