Duties and responsibilities
- Analyzes and investigates shipment failures to determine errors and identify possible problems and propose corrective action required for prevention
- Identifying trends in data to identify possible problems
- Report out to management concerning trends with organization’s compliance
- Communicating with different offices to correct failures
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weakness and noncompliance situations
- Maintain and generate regular reports as required
Experience / Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work as part of team
- Understanding of Cargo Wise software (preferred)
