SalarySynaco Global Recruitment are looking for Civil Machinery Operators, Labourers to work in the Wide-Bay Burnett Region – Paradise Dam is 20km north-west of Biggenden and 80km south-west of Bundaberg. This project works involve the upgrading of 4 standalone sections & the treatment of 23 individual crests along Grills Rd over estimated 14km (Paradise Dam Road). The works typically involve Clearing & grubbing, Realignment, Pavement reconstruction, Manoeuvre widening, Earthworks, Embankment widening, Improvements to property access, Intersection improvements, Drainage works, Signage & line marking works. You may also be required to direct traffic through worksites, move materials around the site and operate company vehicles used in road working and assist with general labouring site duties.
These roles are casual but with full-time hours which may lead to something more permanent in the future. The current project’s estimated length of time is around 9months – clearing 14km of road leading into the dam, with the actual compound located at the Dam. DIDO out roles only.

Opportunity/Position

- Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday, and some Saturday’s if required.
- 10-12hour shifts – Start time 6.30am
- Excellent rates of pay

- Prior Civil Road construction experience
- White card
- Drivers Licence/ Machinery Operator tickets
- Must have Full PPE
