Cyber Security Architect

The Organisation12-Month Day Rate Contract role to support a heavily regulated institution mid-way through a security uplift as a Cyber Security Architect – Infrastructure.

The Role

• Drive the successful delivery of information security projects
• Advise technical teams to address risk and vulnerabilities
• Identity and document information security risk
• Develop solutions and recommendations for process challengers, threats and technology modifications
• Manage the evaluation and selection of products from a security lens
• Provide Security Architecture leadership and technical design and guidance
• Analyse, design and develop roadmaps
• Ensure a continued focus on automation, orchestration and continuous improvement

About YouWe are looking for a Security Architect who has in depth enterprise Security Architecture experience in security tooling, infrastructure and networks.

The mindset of successful practitioners in this organisation are people who are happy to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty from time to time.

• Demonstrated Security Architecture experience with a proven ability to develop security domain architecture and domain roadmaps
• In-depth experience with enterprise Security Architecture designs across security tooling, infrastructure and networks
• Experience in documenting, socialising and presenting Security Architecture, design and key decisions during engagements
• Experience working in heavily regulated industries and standards such as APRA CPS 234, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, ISO 27001K
