Cyber Security Business Analyst

Paxus is currently seeking multiple Cyber Security Business Analyst's to contract for our Federal Government client.

• 12 month contract + 2x 6 month extensions
• 2 days WFH per week
• Australian Citizenship required + ability to obtain Baseline clearance

The role will perform business analysis and process review to identify and develop business and functional requirements specifications. You should have experience in cyber security programs that required the interpretation of security operations and the changing of processes and technology to meet new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and definition, business process reengineering and process mapping
• Facilitate workshops
• Produce high quality documentation including requirements, guidelines, and operation procedures

Required experience

• 5+ years' experience in an IT Business Analyst role working in the IT and/or Cyber Security industry
• Experience working in the Cyber Security field, with a strong understanding of the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Information Security Manual (ISM), particularly the Essential 8 Mitigation Strategies
• Experience working on Cyber Security projects and in program management in multi IT vendor arrangements
• Strong business stakeholder experience, particularly with cyber security, risk and compliance
