They look after their people and provide some of the best benefits, workspaces, and facilities in the industry.About the Role:The key purpose of the Business Analyst role is to drive Cyber Security improvements across the enterprise. Specifically, this role identifies new and better ways of working to deliver Cyber Security initiatives and better customer experiences.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technology solutions are aligned with the Groups enterprise architecture.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, technical designs, functional specifications, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, understand, and document business requirements for multi-factor authentication, Single Sign On and Essential 8 uplift initiatives, such as patch management, multi-factor authentication, application control, and user application hardening.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, understand, and document business requirements for infrastructure security remediation initiatives, such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security architecture.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production.
  • Converts business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture.
  • Provide support and participate in testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing ensuring adequate project coverage.
  • Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in evaluating and analysing complex technical solutions, such as hardware, software, and network-based technologies, to ensure they align with multi-factor authentication and Essential 8 best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Identifying potential areas for improvement in multi-factor authentication, Single Sign On and Essential 8 uplift initiatives.
  • Compliance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and IT operations teams.
  • Critical Infrastructure License Conditions (CILC) and Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and associated compliance.
  • Strong understanding of major cyber and data security frameworks (NIST)
