Job Title

Lead Engineer

Short Description:

Looking for a Lead IDAM engineer who has significant experience in a Cyber Security/Data Security/Identity and Access Management and willing to work in a security DevOps environment.

Location:

Perth/Melbourne /Sydney, Australia

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology

IDAM Specific Responsibilities (Saviynt and/or SailPoint IDN IDAM tool)

  • Designing the entire user life cycle management interfacing with surrounding systems in the environment e.g., HR, Active Directory, etc.
  • Demonstrate implementation experience of RBAC.
  • Demonstrate Access Governance experience - Access Certifications, SoD, etc.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and industry best practices for application onboarding, application connectors and their nuances.
  • Experience of coexistence and integration patterns of IGA and organizations' access request systems
  • Design experience of DR environment with required RTO and RPO.
  • Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and other governance tools
  • Develop work flow diagrams, documentation
  • Lead to create and implement when rolling out new provisioning and role management
  • Identify and communicate high-level gaps and issues in primary functional area
  • Drive RBAC process improvements and policies
  • Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution and reduce future incidents
  • Collaborate with IAM product vendor on root cause and help drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents
  • Complete Knowledge on implementation of Saviynt for provisioning and Role management
  • Proactively identify Risk and Issues, establish mitigation strategies, proactive communication to keep all stake holders up to date, Escalation Management (for and against)
  • Should have strong experience and expertise in design, implement, deploy, configure, extend, or support Identity & Access Management solutions for various clients.
  • Good understanding of compliance and identity governance, Lifecycle Management processes and should be able to do customization to meet complex requirements
  • Deploying connectors for various target systems and Good understanding of IDM out of box connectors and custom connector development
  • Hands on with aggregation workflows tasks rules and roles Strong understanding of internal technicalities of IDM tools (Sailpoint, ForgeRock, Saviynt, etc.)
  • Exposure on inner workings of various IDM tools ( Saviynt IdentityIQ etc) and be able to translate customer needs into a suitable and maintainable solution.
  • Experience in implementing/ managing fully integrated, highly available application environment
  • Understanding of Role Based Access Control Governance and Access Certification in IDAM
  • Practical knowledge and experience with JavaJ2EE XML XHTML JSF development skills
  • Knowledge and Experience with SQL Databases to support IDAM platforms
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum based project execution
  • Must have knowledge of supporting technical components for complex applications
  • Must have an advanced knowledge of core technologies for Saviynt, such as Java Bean Shell, XML, PowerShell, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, and RDBMS.
  • Experience in Cloud based deployment and CI/CD using Devops tools

PKI Specific Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of PKI concepts, patterns and practices
  • In-depth knowledge of current PKI technologies and their future direction
  • Thorough knowledge of security technologies and associated products
  • Well-developed leadership, management, communication and consulting skills. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to deliver consultancy services and technical advice, as well as managing small teams.
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years' experience in supporting / deploying Identity platforms and security solutions (IAM & PKI) for large global enterprise environments with more than 50 000 active users.
  • Strong knowledge of PKI and integrated services required (Intune, SCEP, NDES, Domain Controllers Applications, and Network devices)
  • Experience PKI Certificate lifecycle solution highly beneficial (KeyFactor & EJBCA)
  • Understanding of network topologies and firewalls.
  • Support skills should be up to date and not afraid of getting involved with the day-to-day support of the Identity environment, the individual should be able to function as a 4th level escalation point for the identity operations team.
  • Traditional Active Directory and knowledge of Azure Active Directory experience is a must.
  • Build successful partnerships with key stakeholders in the business as well as be highly technical who can deep-dive and contribute to solution roadmaps aligning to IS&T and the business strategy.
  • Excellent Active Directory multi forest experience
  • Experience with hardened AD environments.
