About the roleThe Cyber
Security Training and Awareness Specialist enhances the
Cyber Security culture of TasNetworks by promoting
Cyber Security thinking
and Awareness with all TasNetworks employees, through leading the development and deployment of
Cyber Security Training, awareness and phishing campaigns to uplift the organisation's
Cyber Security skillset and test its
Cyber Security knowledge and resilience.This role will give you exposure to administering the rollout of cyber awareness to safeguard the business from external cyber threats, supporting the
Cyber Security Program of Work to ensure effective engagement and buy-in with project objectives, and establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with other critical infrastructure electricity service providers.

About youTo be considered for this role, you will possess strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, coupled with your demonstrated experience in leading campaigns and/or projects.As this is not a technical role, it would be suited to someone with outstanding stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation, and a qualification in Marketing, Communications or Media.The successful candidate will also have -
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Drive to work autonomously, and confident to engage with large groups of people
- Ability to set realistic goals and meet deadlines and commitments
- Experience in training/course design (desirable)
