THE ROLES
Reporting to the Farm Manager, we are seeking two additional team members (FLH1-3) for our Dairy Farm located in Raleigh close to Coffs Harbour.
Positions available are of a permanent basis with a rotating roster. Our business strives to provide a career path within the Dairy Industry and on the job training will be available. Working alongside the current staff, your duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting with:-
- Milking
- All aspects of herd and young stock management
- Calf Rearing
- Feeding
- Cleaning
- Day to day running and management of the property
- Other farm ad hoc duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold a current driver’s licence and have previous experience working on a Dairy Farm.
This diverse role will require you to possess the following qualities:
- Have an outstanding work ethic and are a go-getter
- Aren’t afraid of hard work or getting your hands dirty
- Can work as part of a team and individually
- Are physically fit, can problem solve and think ahead.
In addition to the above attributes, the successful candidate must also be motivated, disciplined, safety conscious, and detailed focused.
