Dance Teacher

We seek dedicated and energetic dance educators who are passionate about sharing their love for dance with schools in Tassie. Our teams cover both the north and south sides of the city, minimising travel as much as possible. Additionally, instructors receive an allowance for travel to and from schools. Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a Working with Children check to access school premises.

⦁ Guaranteed Hours - Wed, Thurs & Fri for the whole term (9 am to 3 pm)

⦁ On-the-job training is provided by our Senior Team Members, Training & Development Supervisors & Group Relationships Manager.  As well as ongoing training and support.

⦁ All choreography, lesson plans, and documentation are provided for you with appropriate video/online training support. 

⦁ Flexible Work - We employ many different roles from 1 day per week to full 5 days per week.  High Volume of Schools/Bookings allows for multiple variations of instructor employment. *Includes Guaranteed hours.

Experience Required:

⦁ High level of training and proficiency in various dance styles.

⦁ Previous experience teaching dance to children or adolescents in a school setting, dance studio, or community program. 

⦁ Ability to deliver engaging dance lessons.

⦁ Strong communication skills.

⦁ A Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
