We are currently recruiting for an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor to be based at Darwin Airport on a Full-Time basis.

Trident is pleased to announce that it has won the cleaning and minor maintenance contract at Darwin Airport and will be providing services.
New Contract Commencement Date: 1st of May 2024

The Position:
As the Aviation Cleaner you will be responsible for:
- Ability to successfully pass Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
- Hold an unrestricted Drivers Licence and have access to or own a reliable vehicle
- Day-to-day running of the daily cleaning services within airport
- General cleaning duties (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, cleaning spills)
- Operation of cleaning equipment
- Emptying rubbish/recycle receptacles
- Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets
Supervisor, duties include:
- Overseeing the day to day cleaning operations
- Managing the quality systems to ensure compliance
- Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements
- Driving and managing cleaning outcomes
Skills and Experience
You will have:
- High level of presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to working in and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays
- Excellent mobility and physically able to walk for lengthy periods.
- Happy and friendly disposition
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
