As Data Analyst, you will:
- Extract, analyse and present data using contemporary information management and business intelligence methods for distribution to internal and external clients.
- Utilise business intelligence solutions to present departmental data and statistics in an accessible and user-friendly manner for distribution to customers.
- Contribute to the development implementation and review of performance reporting methods and systems to monitor and project performance against a range of state and national goals, targets and initiatives pertaining to employment, small business and the delivery of vocational education and training (VET) including apprenticeships and traineeships.
- As part of a team, identify and establish data collection protocols and associated business rules for the collection storage and presentation of data.
- Develop reports using internal and external data sources to provide accurate, reliable, and appropriate information to meet the requirements of decision makers, managers, and planners at departmental, State and Commonwealth government levels.
