The role
We are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Analyst to join our high performing team, to work onsite with our client based in Brisbane CBD.
This role would be suitable for a proactive person who wants to deliver a client focused service experience in a professional and timely manner while maintaining customer relationships.
What will I be doing?
- Working on multiple customer site to resolve technical issues as escalated by the teams
- Resolve customer problems and queries in an effective and timely manner
- Effectively use the existing escalation process
- Proactively document and share knowledge with each of the teams
- Provide meaningful, relevant, timely and accurate updates to users via direct contact and through the customer’s call logging system
- Provide technical advice, information and assistance to the teams as required
- Participating and being responsible for various minor projects
- Collaborating with Level 3 technology teams for urgent or critical issues
- Continuous streamlining of support processes to improve service to customers
- Application testing following changes/upgrades.
- IT Asset Inventory Management
- Creation of user training materials.
What experience and skills will I need?
To be successful in this role you will have experience in all or some of the following:
- A minimum of three years’ experience working in as a Desktop Support or related role - preferably with 1 years’ onsite experience.
- Proven troubleshooting and incident management experience
- Strong Office 365 experience
- Meeting room system support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Admin portals
- Azure AD experience (User accounts, access, etc)
- Understanding of Azure fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to form relationships with key stakeholders across multiple customers
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Possess a Can Do attitude
