Opportunity to join a team of technical specialists to assist with Data and Integration work and projects on a casual basis.
- $44.02/ hour (HEW Level 3) plus employer's superannuation.
- Casual role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.

The Data and Integration team within Information Technology is seeking a proactive and dynamic assistant to support the team on a casual basis.
Reporting to the Manager, Data and Integration, you will:
- Work closely with the team and cross-functional teams to develop an understanding of integration requirements and business needs to be able to contribute to data integration work/projects.
- Provide technical assistance to the team to support the design and implementation of efficient data workflows and Integrations using Python and SQL.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking integration progress to ensure smooth data flow and communication between different systems.
- Assist the team in building scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, optimising performance and ensuring data accuracy.
- Keep up to date with best practices in data integration and system architecture, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

- Tertiary qualification or working towards qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Knowledge of system integration and software engineering principles and fundamentals.
- Knowledge and experience with Python and SQL.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- This position requires a Criminal Record Check.
