As Senior Manager in our Canberra Assurance team you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Your impact will be seen by:
Delivering crucial business insights to clients through data analytics and data visualisation

Providing business confidence through innovative use of data analysis and visualisation techniques to improve efficiency and quality of assurance processes

Helping businesses make sense of complex data sets and familiar with widely used analytics tools

Partnering with clients to enable them to understand the value in their data through analytics and visualisation

Assuring that information and data provided to regulators and third parties is accurate, complete and can be trusted

Supervising and coaching a team, to foster an environment of continued growth and development within the team.

Leading client projects, to help businesses make sense of complex data sets and given them the confidence they are doing things right

About you


You have 5+ years experience with demonstrated strengths in Data Science / Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Computing Engineering / Sciences, Applied Statistics / Mathematics, DevOps and/or Cloud Computing, underpinned by related degree-level or higher qualifications or other fields such as Business Informatics, Econometrics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, Science or Engineering.


You are a confident senior data analyst and/or engineer with working knowledge of ETL, quality control and testing processes and/or robust data infrastructure design, implementation, test, integration, management and optimisation, as well as expertise in automation, visualisation and / or advanced analytics process automation, reporting digitisation / visualisation, advanced analytics data governance / transformation and/or data accessibility for real-time analytics .

You are able to use widely used analytics tools i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL and/or Azure. Experience in Assurance, Consulting and / or the public sector is highly desirable.
