As the Data Entry Analyst, you'll contribute to a new Digital ecosystem for retailers and consumers, part of the Digital Transformation team driving customer engagement and sales growth in ANZ. You'll lead content development and testing for new websites, influencing the customer journey, and innovating retail strategies.

Description
- Assist the digital team and the IT team in preparing the data to be migrated from our current systems to our new systems, consisting in mapping data points following clear instructions.
- Working with the digital team to execute website Data entry activities forthe new websites, working on different type of templates, using platform Spyker (Product and E-Commerce), Storyblock (CMS, front end) as well as our new digital asset management system (DAM) system (for assets)
- Monitoring and actioning requests received through the Digital team and Digital agency
- Conducting end-to-end user acceptance testing pre and post launch for website launch, including managing the implementation and rollout of site enhancements
- Capturing technical website issues and raising business requests with Development Team
- Under the brand manager supervision, manage online assets using the organisation's digital asset management system (DAM)
- Providing first-level support for multiple digital platforms
- From April 8th to June 30rd with possibility of extension
- Location: Eastern Creek, 4 days a week
Profile
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in computer science, data management, or a related field will be well regarded
- One or more years' experience in similar role
- Experinece in Digital website and/or maketing environments
- Experience with content management system
- Good communication skills, including strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, work with time-sensitive documents and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working in both a team environment and autonomously
