AddressCrashClaim are Australia's largest and leading accident management business offering a full 360-degree service to people who have had a motor vehicle accident. We assist people with their motor vehicle claim, helping them from the point of impact, supply an accident replacement vehicle, through to the delivery of their repaired vehicle.
Due to the rapid growth of the business with an evolving custom database which is being integrated with Xero we are seeking an experienced DATA ENTRY PROCESSOR AND ANALYST within our business which has an annual turnover of in excess of $40M and a high volume of transactions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
- Transfer data into Xero from those parts of the database not yet integrated with Xero
- Create bills and invoices in Xero
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review data for errors and omissions
- Test and analyse data for reasonableness and identify exceptions
- Update existing data
- Produce reports
- Retrieve data as requested
- Assist with financial and management reporting modelling in Excel
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Verifiable experience with DATA ENTRY
- Experience with Xero;
- Skill level with MS Excel being at least intermediate to advanced.
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
