Our client is a well-established global tech giant that provides a range of products designed to improve customer’s overall health and well-being. We are searching for a passionate relationship builder with the motivations to develop their career in Sales Support.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of assigned accounts, where you will promote the company brand and build out lasting relationships. You will be processing orders, answering inquiries, following up on customer requests whilst maintaining accurate and up to date data.
The Role:
- Establish, nurture, and maintain effective relationships with key business partners and dealers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Enter orders into Oracle system accurately, cross-checking purchase orders with sales orders.
- Compile and prepare reports for management as required.
- Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and address any issues promptly.
The Candidate:
- 1 year demonstrated experience performing a customer service or inside sales role
- Track record of meeting targets/KPIs
- Warm and personable attitude with a willingness to develop
- Strong attention to detail, order processing experience regarded very highly
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
