We have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Data Security Architect to join our Cyber Security Team supporting our Data Transformation program.   You’ll design and implement secure data solutions that safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive data and critical infrastructure within our environments. The role will collaborate with our Data Program and cross-functional teams to develop and enforce robust security policies, controls, and procedures that mitigate risks associated with Data Security.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

• Certified Azure Cloud Security Engineer 
• Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate Information Technology discipline or equivalent professional experience 
• 7 – 10 years of experience in Information Technology, minimum 5 years’ experience in Security Architecture 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with proven track record of large-scale architecture and design experience 
• Knowledge of security and risk frameworks including ISO-27000 series, SABSA, CISSP, TOGAF, NIST and/or Open Security Architecture frameworks 
• Extensive project planning experience with the ability to assist with estimates, scheduling and resource demand management
