Data Systems And Process Specialist (Power Apps)

Randstad are currently working with an exciting Government department to find a Data Systems and Process Specialist (Power Apps) for an initial 3 Month Contract with possibility of extension. This role is based in Brisbane CBD with WFH flexibility. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a remote role - please do not apply unless based in Brisbane or planning on relocating.About the role:

• The role will be using MS Excel, Powerapps, Power Automate and PowerBI with no expectation of any web work.
• The team is a small Program Management Office overseeing the delivery of a strategy. They have some reporting systems in place however these are not finished, with potentially new requirements yet to come.
• This contractor would be the expert in the team helping develop the systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly, and working directly with the team to solve data issues.

Key Duties:

• Planning and designing Systems and Processes to support project and program implementation. Tools include MS Project, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Recommending enhancements or solutions to existing systems.
• Advising on risk and mitigations related to governance of Systems and Processes.
• Documenting data rules and Processes.
