We are looking for Disability Day Service Practitioner's to join our longstanding, purpose-driven, and values-based organisation to make a real different in people's lives!The role will operate within genU's Community Participate division, which was established to facilitate innovative, client-centred programs with a focus on building skills that will assist in achieving our participant's goals!As a Disability Day Services Practitioner, you will support our clients to undertake a range of daily tasks including personal and self-care, eating and maintenance of personal hygiene. You will be proactive in promoting community inclusion through following up on community-based opportunities for our participants, based on their interests and hobbies. You will also assist our clients to participate as much as possible in community activities.About YouWe are looking for caring and empathetic people.
