Dayshift Operations Cordinator 4 on / 4 off rotating roster

Roadmaster is seeking to employ an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Operations team based in Riverstone, NSW.

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you will work within our Operations team to ensure interstate / regional and local are alloacted accurately.Have an understanding of safety and compliance. Add time sheets for all employees,daily and weekly. Answer all customer enquires via email or by phone.

This position requires the successful applicant to commence work on a 4 day on 4 off rotating roster each week. This will included weekends within the roster.

The duties/responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Follow up with drivers throughout the afternoon and updating our system
• Communicating and building strong relationships with Customers and Drivers
• Warehouse duties – Support warehouse staff with information

 The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in the use of Transport Management Systems preferred but not essential
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Superior Customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Able to effectively problem solve
