Dealer Inspector

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Dealer Inspector to join our high performing Gaming team and supervise the activities of the Casino gaming tables, ensuring that all dealers are conducting themselves efficiently whilst providing the highest level of customer service and security. 

Qualifications, Experience and Desired Qualities:  

• A minimum of 2 years Table Games experience dealing the 3 major games (Baccarat, Roulette & Blackjack) plus all minor games
• A customer service focus with a ‘can do’ attitude, reliable and consistently displays a positive, professional, and courteous manner to customers and staff
• Demonstrated accuracy in gaming procedures (i.e. smooth operation of games with efficient game pace, game security and cash/chip transactions
• Must hold a Casino Operatives Licence
• Must possess a high standard of chip work and mental arithmetic ability
• An eye for quality control and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a 7-day week rotating roster
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Remuneration:
The compensation for this position includes an hourly rate of $35.68, resulting in a weekly gross income of $1,356.02. Additional compensation is provided for any overtime worked.
