Australian Service Business Leader - Defence

You will be constantly leading through change whilst embracing the dynamic nature of the service business including new product introductions and expansion of existing service offeringsKey Responsibilities:· Take overall responsibility for the Defence Service team function within the Defence portfolio· Take responsibility for ensuring that processes and systems are in place to deliver all contracted services, reactive services and service projects on time and within budget· Lead and embrace change to align skills and deliverables to achieve exceptional service delivery· Lead the business to deliver a customer-centric service experience whilst focusing on developing the skills of the team and achieving profitable growth· Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes, and engagement of Supply Chain team· Collaborate with the General Manager of Defence, GM Traditional Service, Service Sales Leader and Customer Success Leader to develop a clear strategy to grow the existing service bank and deliver connected building services solutions
Deliver the Annual Operating Plan with accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial estimates and resultsExperience & Capabilities:· Current NV1 Government Security clearance (as a minimum)· 10+ years' experience in a service leadership role· Degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent technical and management experience required· Thorough knowledge of Service field operations and financial processes· Exceptional people management and process improvement skillsAbout UsThe world is changing.
