About the roleThis role involves representing doctors and health institutions in a broad spectrum of medical defense work. The duties include handling cases related to civil liability, intentional torts, disciplinary actions, coronial inquiries, and hospital investigations.
About you:- Have a relevant law degree with amazing academics
- Must be admitted in Australia
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in Defendant Medical Negligence or civil litigation
- Must have defendant experience, and experience drafting advices
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive situations empathetically and professionally.
