You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of file types, including Medical Negligence litigation, Ahpra investigations and disciplinary proceedings, coronial inquests, hospital investigations and employment matters.
You will be a key part of a very collegiate team who work closely together, share ideas, support one another and strive to provide the highest quality service to clients.
We are looking for solicitors with at least 3 years PAE for this role - ideally with defendant experience in medical / health law litigation, and experience drafting advices.
